  1. - Lots of errors in showcase maps: Hellenes (Hellenic Royal Stoa), Carthaginian, Persians, other demo maps...

    We'll take a look

    - Don't remove the old Gallic walls please :P

I haven't removed them completely, although they only exist as an actor object now, which isn't much use for defending. If I create entities for them, what should they be called?

    - Pureon, could you also make a low stone wall to accompany the British Broch ? f.e. Broch walls or This. I think they will look smashing in campaigns as props :)

Do you want the low wall as a separate entity, which has to be destroyed first before the Broch entity can be attacked with non-ranged objects?

Edit: I fixed the majority of demo map errors. I'll let Mythos look at the 'We are Legion' map first as it needs unit replacements

  2. Hell, this is nearly impossible to implement for the AI, isn't it? It's still great! I would love to see the walling-system from AoE3 in 0 A.D.

Funny you should say that - AoE3's developers tried to make its AI build walls, but didn't make it work flawlessly so it was removed.

  3. thanks i wanna try to create a buildings and units for editor just for fun

for now try to Create Antonia Fortress for Roman Faction something like Fortress type b

i confess i dont know how modeling 3d but i want to learn.

That's good, so you don't need pmd2collada - just use Blender to create your model and export to dae (collada) format which 0 A.D. uses.

  4. i need download pmd2collada but the file doesn't down correctly, help

Most of our models were converted into Collada format before the Alpha 9 release, so I'm not sure why you would need pmd2collada. If it's to convert some of the very few PMD models, it's unlikely to work because the remaining PMD files are mostly animated skeletal files.

  5. Where 4 = A Feast for Crows? I think I found it quite comparable to the earlier books, so if you find them adequately enjoyable then there's no reason not to read the later ones :)

Yes A Feast for Crows and A Dance With Dragons haven't received unanimously positive reviews, but as you say, I'll review them for myself :)

(On a similar vein, I've recently read some stuff by Joe Abercrombie, who seems to be frequently compared to GRRM, so that might be a good place to look for anyone wanting more generally-not-very-magical fantasy with generally-a-bit-nasty characters but with more humour and less amateurish book covers (at least in the UK editions).)

    Will take a look

  6. What would be real neat is during rounds, events would happen like "a pirate ship has crashed on the sea" or "a forest has burned down, collect remaining wood" and it shows where this has happened for all players so they can race to the good and fight for it

Something similar is planned for scenario maps
