I guess with "dart catapults" you mean the bolt shooters^^

You habe to protect your catapults with some champs and only use them against buildings/walls. Then they are very valuable in game.

- Be patient and wait until someone implements it.
- Implement it yourself.

The problem are not the costs. The problem is there is no dedicated server atm. (we are working on it: #3556)
