  3. I think that the Starcraft II concept is the best for 0 ad in a KISS sense. No running, no marching. Only charging. When a unit is near to another, they should automatically charge (it should be able to turn off the autocast and to manually select targets) when a unit is near to a enemy in x space. So units would charge continuously in the mosh pit until stamina is drained. (just small cooldowns for the ability) BTW, for immersion sake, I think that units in fight mode should use run animations. There are some design decisions here: if stamina is used, we should think about an ability system, instead of hardecoring the features (camoflauge, charging, healing) make them working in a more dynamic and comprehensive way for modding (thinking about warcraft 3/starcraft 2 ability system). But I know, that it's easy to write, and the important is getting the things done, so that it's only a humble opinion.

  6. Suggestion 3 Early camel rush can really be annoying... http://trac.wildfiregames.com/changeset/17172 http://trac.wildfiregames.com/changeset/17173 fixed that a bit. Imo the effectiveness of the early camel rush is more related to speed and range. Increasing a bit the range of the cc (or decreasing the range of the caml) can be a nice idea.

  7. Suggestion 1 Archers are basically 72 meters range. Civic centers are 72 meters too. But the side of the cc is nearest than 72 meters. So archers can hit cc as cc can't hit archers. It's kinda a bug. (boring in many nomad games) I think that one of this range must be modified.

  8. Thats really cool - I'd love to see them convert more of the 0 A.D. civs. It looks like a lot of his art is done in a 2D Editor. It would make his life a lot easier if someone painted the ground white, turned the 0 A.D. camera to isometric for him and gave him some screenshots. Or, better yet, showed him how to do it.
