It's inverted roughness (more or less). You can also try to combine the metallic but it won't have much added value. Spec map can have some color but not sure how long it will be supported (currently is)

Please make it so that the healing aura of allied temples can heal my and allied troops. At the moment, my units can only be healed by entering the allied temple itself, and not by standing nearby.

I agree with you. One way it could be done, would be to give them the Gaul fanatic stats. I don't really myself how much players actually use the the Gaul fanatics. However, the high damage, low armor (and a higher speed), seem just right for Ekdromoi.
