    • EMSense: At-Home Relief for Foot Pain, Numbness & Circulatory Issues”   Emsense Living with persistent foot pain, tingling, numbness or poor circulation can profoundly affect your mobility, comfort and daily life. Whether you work long hours on your feet, suffer from neuropathy, or simply have cold, fatigued feet, the quest for effective relief is real.   Emsense Foot Massager — a next-generation circulatory and nerve-stimulation device designed for at-home use, targeting foot discomfort at its root rather than just masking symptoms.   What is EMSense?   Emsense is a therapeutic foot-massager system that uses a combination of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and heat therapy to relax muscles, stimulate nerves and promote improved blood circulation. In short, it’s built to address:   ·         Foot pain (aching, burning, throbbing) ·         Numbness or tingling (pins and needles) ·         Poor circulation (cold feet, swollen feet, discomfort when standing or walking) ·         Mobility limitations caused by discomfort.   Emsense By bringing together EMS technology — which uses small electrical impulses to activate muscles and nerves — and soothing heat therapy, EMSense offers an at-home routine that mimics clinic-grade treatments, without needing frequent professional visits.   Why this combination works   Emsense Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) has long been used in physiotherapy and rehabilitation settings to help activate muscles, improve blood flow and support nerve response. For example, EMS foot-devices stimulate muscle contractions in the feet/soles, which can enhance circulation and even support nerve-health.   Emsense Foot Massager Heat therapy on the other hand relaxes muscles, expands blood vessels and improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues. When poor circulation or nerve irritation is involved, providing heat helps the system respond more effectively. By combining the two, EMSense targets both vascular/ circulatory issues and nerve/muscle discomfort — a synergy that is more effective than either alone.   Key benefits of EMSense   Here’s how users can benefit from incorporating EMSense into their routine:   Reduced foot pain, tingling, burning or numbness   Emsense Many individuals with neuropathy or chronic foot discomfort report that EMS-based devices bring noticeable relief in the form of reduced “pins & needles”, less burning or less numb patches. While individual results will vary, EMSense is designed with those exactly symptoms in mind.   Improved circulation and foot comfort (especially helpful for neuropathy or cold feet)   By stimulating the muscles and nerves and boosting blood flow, EMSense supports better oxygenation and nutrient delivery to the feet. This is especially important for people whose feet feel cold, heavy, or stay tender after standing or walking.   Better mobility and less discomfort when walking or standing   Emsense When foot nerves and circulation improve, discomfort during movement lessens. That means longer walks, more comfortable standing, fewer interruptions due to foot fatigue or pain. EMSense is built to support that improved freedom of movement.   Home-based convenience, reducing the need for clinic visits   One of the biggest advantages of EMSense is convenience: you don’t need to schedule a clinic session, commute or rely on a therapist. You can use the device in your living room, while watching TV or reading. This level of access means more regular use, which yields better results.   Support for foot-health beyond symptom relief   Emsense Rather than only addressing the symptom (pain), EMSense helps support healthy circulation and nerve function. Over time, that means less reliance on reactive treatments and more proactive foot-health management.   Who is EMSense for?   EMSense is especially beneficial for:   ·         Individuals with peripheral neuropathy (for instance diabetic neuropathy) who experience burning, tingling, numbness in feet ·         People whose feet stay cold or uncomfortable due to poor circulation, vascular issues or sedentary habit ·         Professionals who stand for long hours (retail staff, hospitality, manufacturing) and face foot fatigue ·         Older adults who face reduced foot mobility, stiffness, or discomfort when moving ·         Anyone seeking non-medication, non-invasive ways to manage foot/nerve/circulation issues from home   How to use EMSense   Using Emsense is straightforward (though always check the manufacturer’s instructions and consult a professional if you have medical conditions) — typical routine:   ·         Sit in a comfortable chair and place your feet into or onto the EMSense device, ensuring good contact. ·         Power on and select the intensity or mode suited to your comfort level. The device will combine EMS pulses and heat therapy. ·         Use for the recommended session length — often 15-30 minutes daily for best results. ·         After use, relax and allow the circulation boost and nerve stimulation to work. Over time, consistent use brings the most benefit.   Safety and practical tips   ·         Because EMS uses electrical pulses, it’s best used while seated or relaxed, not while walking or standing, to avoid any potential risk of imbalance or fall. ·         Start on a lower intensity until you become comfortable with the sensation — it should feel like a gentle pulsing, not a painful shock. ·         Keep the feet dry and clean, and ensure proper contact with the electrodes or pads if applicable. ·         If you have implanted medical devices (pacemaker, defibrillator) or severe nerve/vascular disorders, consult your physician before use. ·         Use regularly. Occasional use may feel nice, but the greatest benefits come from consistent daily sessions. ·         Store the device properly and follow cleaning/maintenance instructions so the electrodes, heat elements and contacts remain in good condition.   What to expect in terms of results   Emsense While every individual is different, many users of EMS foot therapies report:   ·         Noticeable comfort and a warming/tinging sensation during the first session ·         Reduced foot discomfort, tingling or burning within a week of daily use ·         Better foot-mobility, less stiffness when standing/walking by 2-4 weeks ·         Improved foot temperature and circulation (cold feet improving) over several weeks ·         Fewer clinic visits, fewer days of altered mobility or interrupted activities   The key is consistency: the accumulation of improved circulation + nerve stimulation over time is what drives meaningful relief and better foot-health.   Why EMSense stands out   Emsense While there are many foot-massagers or circulation-devices on the market, what differentiates EMSense is the combination of targeted EMS technology and heat therapy in a format built for foot-nerve/circulatory issues rather than purely relaxation. Instead of being simply a “foot spa”, EMSense is designed for therapeutic effect. Moreover, the convenience of using at home—without needing frequent professional interventions—is a major asset for busy lives.   Final thoughts   Emsense Foot Massager If you’re one of the many people whose feet hurt, burn, tingle, go cold, or simply don’t feel comfortable after a long day—then EMSense offers a highly promising solution. By combining EMS and heat to directly support circulation and nerve health, and allowing use in the comfort of your own home, it gives you back a measure of control over your foot comfort and mobility.   Emsense As always, pair this with good foot hygiene, regular physical activity, and if needed, medical consultation. But for many, EMSense may be the smart, convenient step toward healthier, more comfortable feet. • I think rams should be slower so infantry can catch them, but maybe give them more armor if they're too easy to kill after that. Balance feels off right now.
    • I don't have any problem running the scenario editor, if you have a github please open an issue on the flatpak 0 A.D. ref, and we'll see what we can do.
    • Hi @Thomas Stewart, you likely joined a old lobby, make sure you reinstall the new version of the game (currently a27).    Downloads are available there: https://play0ad.com/
