What type of tutorial? I was just thinking of editing this: https://gitea.wildfiregames.com/Dunedan/0ad/wiki/Modding_Guide.md and all of its subsidiary files. I'm a good writer, and have experience modding, so I could probably get a better tutorial there.
I can create this file with the created folders and example files, but unfortunately I'm not an English speaker, so I won't be a good tutorial creator.
@Vantha, I was wondering about the dialogue system, does it work during gameplay, or only for cutscenes? For example, in a theoretical campaign, you might want to give the player instructions or tips without pausing the game and playing a cinematic cutscene.
I think the two ideas wouldn't be mutually exclusive. And with a pre-existing file structure, a small explanation of how they work would be a good complement to a tutorial.
