Not everybody can become millionaire or a top manager. Probably you have more outstanding talents !2. Sometimes it helps to trick yourself. For example when you tell your friends that you are going to lose 10 pounds within two weeks you set yourself under pressure and you will have more esteem to achieve the set aim.3. Nobody can always be in 100% esteem and can work the whole day. You need breaks. Not only time where you sleep and relax, but also time to do something that is really fun (forumming, writing motivation threads ). If you don't get those breaks, you will soon be sucked out. If you don't manage to get those relaxing breaks, then set up a task that you pay attention to just like all the other tasks: -every 2 hours, 15min break (for example)4. Optimists have an easier life: They can meet other humans more open-minded and take setbacks a cooler way, because they assume that mistakes just belong to life. 5. Only who really believes that he can change something will really work for it. If you want to take the next step at work, but your boss doesn't provide you with the necessary freedom, you will fail due to those narrow boundaries. Then it's time to talk to somebody. Talk to collegues and especially your boss and show that you are ready for tasks outside of your usual work time.-------If you liked it, please give me a shout.
