Wave displacement along the coastline!

Today, I tested the latest SVN version SVN28054 and found that the waves in the river shift with the rotation of the camera. What is the problem?

The map I am using is: Greek Acropolis (4).

Could you share your graphics settings (both tabs or user.cfg)?
