Why 0AD is consuming too much power

@leopardi think the Windows task manager remarks the power consumption relative to the other running apps. 0AD consumes much more than the average program does so it is ranked to be super high. In fact, it is one of the least hardware demanding games I have ever played.

In the case of @real_tabasco_sauce it is a Windows bug that happens to my brother who still uses Windows; he had messages like CPU temperature being 8520 degrees Celsius and RAM usage of 120%.

Totally normal, high power consumption is good because it means your system is working hard to process 0ad. You should worry if its consumption is low - system is ignoring 0ad -> lag and crash

Best solution: use a Linux

I don't think it's a bug. For 1, I am using macOS, so I doubt its that :D.

A game FPS of 8 seems to agree with the %CPU usage. Hopefully this will be a little better in a27.
