How can I upload it to the website?

I would use Hellenic States instead of faction and Celtic Tribes. Sounds more natural like that. Looks pretty good though

I think we use a lot of mud houses here. We use the mud as plaster for the red stone underneath and usually we re plaster the building after the monsoon

Yes, I would also favour option #3. Buildings like Fortresses and Defense Towers look better when their foundations extend in to the ground, but others, like the Greek market and CC won't.

I think the sounds in focus should be played a little louder than the rest (I.e. things happening at the center of the screen). That way only if you have lumberjacks at the center of the screen would the wood sounds be played.

I tried importing it again, and I unzipped all those texture files in the same directory. The texture shows properly but, as Josh said, you've used 20+ files for it all. We usually map all our textures to one or two images, to keep the file count down. I don't mind re-mapping these guys, but if you could do it yourself, it'd be great

That door seems a bit off scale, and I'm afraid that the chimney and props around wouldn't be very visible from the normal camera angle/position when playing because of the position under the roof, otherwise the design is looking good, keep improving it
I'd keep all those details, its nice to see them once in a while and think to yourself how much attention the makers paid to everything
I think the chimney should taper at the top. I.e. Bigger down and smaller at the top

I'd say make the chimney circular, like how it is in the current Barrack, pretty good otherwise

Looks like a Pepal tree in the relief and that is indeed an Indian tree, which I doubt we already have
