This is exactly what happens to me, people ignore me because Geriatrix only selectively target people he dislike and people like us don't want to insult others too, so they think they are different and immune, when they see me in trouble they have tendency to ignore the affected person and pretend there is no problem and some people go beyond that they even mock me for having a problem there are big examples and big names but I don't want to fight everyone in the gaming community. so silently suffering, if the community was big like we are playing 10 20 TGs a day we can ignore people and don't join their games but right now to get a challenging game we need these people, I am considering moving to other games like AOE2 and AOE4 and learning it slowly, but I like 0AD more because it's build by people without big corporate money.

The problem is that people tend to whitewash the behavior of players like Geriatrix because he plays very well, while ignoring or harassing people like me. This issue has an easy fix: well-regarded players in the community need to take a stand against individuals who cause trouble. I’m referring to respected players like @Player of 0AD, @Havran, @Aslan , and @MarcusAureliu#s, who are equally admired by both sides. Unfortunately, they don’t take that stand. Instead, they often form alliances with Geriatrix in one way or another and attempt to demean or discredit moderators who are genuinely trying to help. For instance, @Norse_Harold put in significant effort to resolve the situation in a way that avoided harming either side, yet his efforts were met with a campaign to mock him. If I were to echo the same complaints that Geriatrix sings against moderators and developers of the community mod, I would be seen as a “good person” in Geriatrix's eyes—just like the "well-respected players" mentioned here. But I choose to stand on the side of truth and justice, even if that makes me a bad person in your eyes. I've almost stopped complaining about Geriatrix because the attitude of many so-called OP players toward me made me question whether I am the problem here. However, I can see now that I am not the only one affected.

We often blame everything on the developers, much like Software Test Engineers blame developers in tech companies. If you don't understand how it feels to have your work insulted, you've likely never written code for anything serious. Exposing vulnerabilities and taking advantage of 0 A.D.'s limited manpower to fix issues is irresponsible. Treating it like child's play damages trust. I am reporting a person who have an army of fake accounts and it is clear violation of terms and no action from moderators

I'm not blaming the host but rather the person who held the game hostage. The host had no option other than to ban me, while Geriatrix had the option to mute me if he didn't want to see my messages. The messages I sent were intended for others, not for him. I've already muted Geriatrix and stopped communicating with him directly, but whenever I unmute him, I see messages he's posted about me flooding the lobby. It almost seems like he’s using a bot to continuously insult me in the lobby. His relentless messaging is causing me mental distress. I believe there should be a rule in 0AD to protect people from this kind of harm. He is attacking my peace of mind, confidence, and reputation by spreading lies against me.

please don't let Geriatrix or his fake accounts to moderate, I am not able to play multiplayer games because of that person bans me and spread fake news about me to other people, so if you give him power he will ban me from lobby I would like to Volunteer as a moderator. @Norse_Harold did help me a lot when I got into issues with other accounts(I don't consider them as Humans, they are bots made to insult people). I think 0AD authority don't care much about anyone, even people trying to help, I think that is the number one reason for low number of developers and high number of zombie bots who want to eat your brains.

I've had people wanting to beat me up all the time, they live near me and in past also in college. but this guy crossed many boundaries. I am only peaceful until I am able to buy a gun. may be I will have to be peaceful until my death because I am that broke .
