Well if everybody was allowed to delete his own posts, that could lead to messes in forums. Besides, if I allow you to delete your own posts, then you can delete others' posts as well. Too bad there is not such a function..:/

Yes you can, the moderator would have to donate bucks manually to you. I think we may want to start a list which represents all things you can win bucks with apart from the standard reply/topic stuff. Keep the ideas comming !

I really like this idea ! It adds to the uniqueness of each civilization if all of them create different military-emergency-units. If this is balanced correctly, it'll definately be a good option. I have donated 10 bucks to you Black OP for this nice idea.

Well, okay, I redid some of the source code so that fining is now possible. I can do that as of now and QUacker. Maybe we make it so, that people only get 1 per reply, 3 per new topic and the bonus isn't that good either, but once they make an outstanding post, they get a whopping amount by a moderator. But then again, we want some activity now, so as long as we can monitor all posts we can keep the current system, no ? Once we get bigger we can do as described above.

Hmm..I think I have a more clean formula: How about decrementing the currency by percentages ? Like you would lose 25% for cussing, and 100% for other things ? I don't really like the x-word approach, just my opinion.

It's some system to encourage people to post. I could create some sort of "bank" that donates plenty of currency to people who really made an outstanding post, so that it helps avoiding spam. It's something to brag with and to be a subject of future contests maybe. Besides, it's some cool feature, which makes our network unique.

Maybe we want to have this be a moderated forum once the first miss-usage occurs. That means that a moderator (*points to Quacker*) would have to automatically add the topics from a queue. He simply ommits those that don't fit. What do you think ?
