Better to keep in mind you can get a rush: make something like 4 men when you reach 20 pop for a good defense

Other than this we can Keith build a outpost in center for a lookout or on both sides which need 2 men which could spare you more time and in meantime while could do more women like 20 on wood if you lose 200 good and a hundred wood on 2 cavalry to hunt mostly try to get some elephantin tropical and Walrus in snowy.

This only when you are P3, before you need just 1-2 barracks

It would be better to build 3 early because you could get a chance to win in p2 itself and you would have a steady supply of food and wood for enough meele for a hold ground and get a thousand stone and make 50 ranged and take on your enemy or just wait until seige is available.

All of your attacks a predicated on on a booming economy/resources with out which you can not train the units you need to do the job there are a few video tutorials on quick build orders they do vary depending on which civ you playing though.

It would be better to have most soldiers to work if idle .

  2. Scouts are a old idea but I would be good like in p1 he is just scout and can be reigned in barracks and in p2 we can upgrade him to advance scout which has more hack armour and attack like a little boost is OK as for raiding and in p3 as raiding cavalry qne stuff if idea is good :dots:

Maybe exercise to reach 300 pop in 18 minutes: it is a good archievement. Always keep in mind that a full women boom is not so good in 1v1 games

Yeah it might not be good in 1v1 but in multiplayers it might not do bad as some teams do like one guy collects resources and gives to th  other who is millitaralized to fight at all cost he could only do food by 40-45 women but not wood and mines so the others booms with 100:100 men women to collect resources and provide to another or many more.

    I never get satisfaction :(

I already beated 1v4 against very hard Al and it was really relaxing. The problem I have is that when I play FFA with Al they all declare me war at minute 10-15 (and 1v7 is impossible against very Hard Al)

your right I can only defeat Al v. Hard 1v2 I could do some 1+2v5 Vs V.Hard Al you can't sense something like defeat in compute I feal inhumane stuff I always played multi-player lately and I always sense human feelings like losing a battle would make them grow more and attack after 5 minutes but these Al 'should just don't stop just come rushing from the 10th minute even with 10 troops so need allies and stuff. You can't just keep getting attacked and just defend and just lose hope in winning and feel attacked 3 in row gets hell. I don't like playing Petra.

Mostly holding ground any Civ can do by building paradise walls and a few outpost can slow them down if enemy is without seige but Ibetian walls and towers are the best.

That might be true but you'll need some 4 outpost and 30 troop and 4 troops inside the outpost for these types of defense.

If you exhaust resources that fast that is your choice. However, you also seem to play mostly competitive multiplayer games.

Additionally, it is anybodies choice to cut down all the trees and exhaust all natural renewable resources on a map. However, it would be nice to have the choice to do the opposite.

One might be true but in 1v1 games I take mostly small maps so that we'll just kill the animals near our territory the only animals left alive would be the animal in the centre.

  7. This strategy I only use in land maps like mainland and in neutral territory and not in allied or enemy territory because it would be effective in neutral territory and land maps. And I am not much a naval guy, and loses too much ships to destroy a handful of enemy ships.

  8. Yeah it would be true but in practice it would be not be possible because we make animals extinct within the first 15 minutes like me because I have 5 Cav to collect food from wild animals. So extinction is more than booming of animal because if leave a herd for 5 minutes with 5 deer's it becomes 7 matured and 3 babies in 3 minutes and 10 matured and 7 babies in 5 minutes 30 adult and 20 babies in 10th minute goes too much.

  9. Thanks @Jofursloft.

Question 1 is personally really general. It depends on my opinion a lot for the current situation: I never develop a default strategy about it. If I start losing many, anyway, I prefer retire for a while until I have enough troops to win the fight. Better to lose some in a retreat that all in a suicide attack

In my opinion I would use tactical retreat. Start retreating my units and back while using closed order in front and use ranged units to use kills while meele units get killed send 10 Cav on both sides and encircle them while the archers retreat more the enemy attacks  the Cav first while I bring more ranged (15) down 10 meele and a dozen more Cav for incirclement again. And use meele to hold ground closed order in front while separate ranged into left and right for more kills per 3 seconds. And bring in the seige with 20 units and march on

Loses of this strategy For us :

    Meele infantry : 20

    Cavalry meele and ranged: 7

    Ranged infantry : 5

    Enemy loses :

    Meele infantry :15

    Ranged infantry : 30

    Cav ranged and meele :5

Difference in pop after this battle :12+ for us.

But this strategy needs speed to succeed or if hard just retreat enough to counter attack.

  10. But in before 100 B. C they never had much scouting units but just troops who scout but for messages they used fast runners who could run for long distances to travel messages or for scouts mostly and only lately had there been cavalry scout and they would carry daggers to attack wild animals.
