Ram is not effective against army , but catapult is. maybe im wrong

Hello , is it balance some civilization have long range catapult and some other dont? for me its not balance , what do you think? or maybe i missed something here

Hello guys, im new to this game i have an issue , during game my FPS drop to 3-5 specially when i start to build an army i tried to test with low graphic but result was same.... I wonder if someone can help
