The Spice Girls movie
Pamela's PrayerYou guys have probably never seen it; its geared towards the Christian "i don't date crowd."
I once had to read a book called "A Walk to Remember", along the same lines, for school and was equally underwhelmed.

Hmm....
it doesn't work too well on Firefox though.... (The text goes off the page)
Let me look at it.
BTW: Two little suggestions:
1. Maybe clicking instead of hovering, it's a bit crazy-ish this way.
2. Maybe make it so that only one of the things are open at a time.
Yeah, it used to be clicking, if the script is fixed I'll switch it back.
BTW I'd be grateful to anybody who can advise how to fix the Firefox display problem

MSIE 6/Win on my other machine
(I'll try it on this machine to find out whether it's only there or not)
Edit: It happens here too. After the first hover on a given link, which causes no response, everything works fine. I'll bet the script is written wrong.

With the help of a JS programmer, I got it to work, but I have a question: Sometimes the browser doesn't respond to "onclick" or "onmouseover" and you need to click or hover again for the browser to get the hang of it. Why is this so and what can be done to deal with this?

If anyone can either tell me how to pull this behavior off, or direct me to a tutorial about it (preferably using the DOM), I'd be much obliged:

Solved it. It was the name property of the <a> tag.
Should have worked, but I'll live w/o it
Thanks anyway, Lorian!

http://bb.domaindlx.com/edot1492/w2s/about3.htm
The webpage crashes in MSIE when I view both the file on my local machine and on the remote server. All you have to do is scroll up and down a couple times and/or hover the mouse over different areas on the page, and it'll crash.
In Firefox, there are no crashes, but there's an awfully odd phenomenon: The text reacts to the a:hover attribute even though AFAIK it's not in any <a> tag.
I'm clueless and despaired. How do I solve these problems? Thanks in advance.

Well-written. (I wouldn't start talking about the difference between GET and POST to a complete novice, though)

I am afraid the USSR has never really died in Moscow.
This is the root of the problem, I think. Germany underwent a denazification process after WW2, but Russia was never "decommunized".

Welcome to the forums, Caleb! May you go forth (bad pun intended) and acclimate yourself in our humble community.

I heard that somtimes for letters or pictures people mail themselves a copy of their work to themselves and then leave it unopened. That way it is sealed inside and the postmark date proves when it was in there.
This is true for many inventions, even machines, software, medicines...

As for global regions in which I would be interested :
- Middle East (especially Israël, Lebannon and Syria), what we call in French "Le Levant".
You may be delighted to hear that Lebanese Arabic has very heavy French influences.
Is it true that the French regard Syria and Lebanon with special care, since they are former French mandates?

Calculus is definitely the most interesting branch of mathematics I've studied. It doesn't get much more beautiful than that.

Studied Spanish 2 years, I got bored :| But it seems that I can still understand written Spanish...
Spanish and French are so similar, there's no surprise that you didn't find anything excitingly different about Spanish (as you would with Japanese, for example). It depends on what you expect and want in a language.

Plus, languages and cultures could have spread in any number of ways, irrespective of ethnicity. France is a mishmash of ethnicities, yet, thanks to Parisian linguistic bullying, all French are Francophones.

It was the voices in my head. They whisper magical things.

Glad you like the binyanim. Indeed they are pretty.
As to the mutations - Arabic doesn't have them, and look how it sounds :-P Try pronouncing |ta3liim| ("teaching") without gagging.

The Australian Aboriginies population's genetics have a DNA similar to those in the populations of East Asia. I think they are probably descended from East Asian and Polynesian peoples. It makes the most sense.
The main support is the possible cultural link, which in some aspect is really close (though still different). You can find cultural and linguistic similarities everywhere if you try hard enough. Not convincing enough for me...

I'm gonna have to have my wisdom teeth taken out sometime. Not particularly good news.

You're welcome, Argalius. Internet forumming improved my English vocabulary and writing skills too (even though I'm a native speaker).
Here's for many more English-language discussions with you!
