@Dakara, the tech exists for everyone, not just Mauryans. That's why it's not a tech specific to them. Hence, it's a bug in the UI.

Building rates can vary a lot depending on location, materials, and labor availability. In some regions, rates are calculated per square foot or per square meter, while in others it’s based more on detailed estimates. From my experience, having a proper breakdown of costs (materials, labor, and overheads) makes it much easier to compare and negotiate. Using a reliable construction cost estimator also helps in getting a clearer idea of what’s reasonable before starting a project.
