wowgetoffyourcellphone
I hate post these threads so much because it looks like I complain a lot like that one gameboy guy, but has pathfinding got worse since most recent build? It is very very bad now. Units stuck on buildings a lot. Happens in public-only mod and my own mod.
Itms
Well, I was actually told it was far better since latest builds, so I would need a commands.txt where you show the problems in order to fix them.

Itms
There you go: it's fixed in r16981.Thanks for reporting, and don't forget that commands.txt are needed to solve problems efficiently. Also please note that I had to modify the entity numbers in your file to make it work, else nothing was happening...
wowgetoffyourcellphone
I am wondering. How can people say pathfinding was far better when what I experience was legitimate bug or problem?*Thank you for patch byw. Very fast turnaround.*I mean, after previous build. Before previous build things were okay. Edited September 4, 2015 by wowgetoffyourcellphone
WhiteTreePaladin
Yeah, ships have been mostly unusable and rams get stuck frequently (even when they have plenty of room). It's possible some things have been fixed lately though, so I'll need to give it another try.
Itms
I pushed an important change to the unit motion that should get rid of all "stuck unit" cases. Please give me feedback If everything works fine I'll test formations to see if they can be reenabled, I understand this is a must-have for players.
Stan`
I tested it, by letting AI play, and this is way better than it used to. However I noticed they sometimes get stuck in fights.commands.txtEdit realised you shouldn't have that map, so made it in thesalonian plains, units would get stuck fighting, and around CC. Noticed a performance hit, but can't tell what it is related to.commands.txt Edited September 10, 2015 by stanislas69
Itms
I think that units in battle (especially ranged ones) will have the same problem as animals (http://trac.wildfiregames.com/ticket/3405) so I'd like to fix that before looking at your commands file, it might be the same problem. But thanks for reporting
Stan`
Okay, so fleeing and attacking a CC depends on the same bug (long & short pathfinder) ?
wowgetoffyourcellphone
Played match. Pathfinding much much improved! I did not find any unit sticking to building in my match.
