Sounds a bit like Persian, the modern Persian word "shomā" was something like "Shumo" in 0AD Persian. Women say this when they build a house. 

Something like "Sarvaze Shumo"

shomā means "to be"

For example "shoma hasteed" = you are

acctually "shuma" means you

in persian "to be" stick to verb, in your example "shoma hastid",  "id" is "to be" that sticked to the verb "hast"
