  1. Ayam penyet, its a balance food. Chinese red spinach, chewy and up to my taste. I can eat a bowl of it.
  2. Hotkey 1) Split unit by 1/2 = Alt + Z Hotkey 2) Split unit by 1/3 = Alt + X Hotkey 3) Split unit by 1/4 = Alt +C Usage: 10 woman are ordered to make a field. Use hotkey 1, the remaining 5 will make another field. 30 spearman, I have 3 ways for the enemy to enter my territory. Ordered all to go to location A Using hotkey 2, remaining 20 will go to location B Using hotkey 1, remaining 10 will go to location C. Nuance/Problem; - If number is odd say 3/7/11/101, and then I hotkey 1, I guess the expected selection will be rounded 2/4/6/51. Add a setting to not round the number for those who want even number of units. or make it default if the number is higher then your choice. - What about having units comprising of 2 types in the mix. simply separate the entity then in (group1)x1/2 and (group2)x1/2. If I had 3 different types= do the following above but (group)x1/3 instead and so on and so forth. - Heroes are always included in the first divide just to avoid coding/math shenanigan, if you don't want to include them, just exclude them first. For example I have hero + 10 spearman, hotkey 1 = 5 spearman + hero will be in my control. Or... just add setting to always exclude them from getting divided. like I have 5 spearman controlled. Hero will need to reselect again to regroup later on. So to put in my peanut brain of a scenario(using odd splitting setting+Hero exclusion setting); 3vs3, both my allies need help; 1 Hero, 25 Arthenian Hoplite, 25 Arthinian Slinger Militia, 25 Cavalry Javavalineer, 25 swordsman = 101 units. Selected all to march towards my enemy, then hotkey 3, 6/6/6/6=24 units are selected to sent to Ally A. Return select remaining 76, hotkey 2, 7/6/6/5=24 units are selected to sent to Ally B. My 52 unit + Hero is now in battle against the enemy. what are those remaining 2 you might ask? It can be either arthenian hoplite or champion hence my explanation below. Another nuance. - Should I have my weaker unit or stronger unit to be in the main battle, make it another setting, for my preference weaker unit would go for allies so I can win with stronger tier units on my side. So in conclusion, this hotkey will help make micromanage easier and make things more competitive... There could be 2/4/8 battles happening from splitting units in 1v1. Edit: More hotkeys; Stance[Violent to standground]/Formation/Building/Hero hotkey.
  3. Read this thread thinking I was playing with a normal bot starting out. In the early stages of the game I had to quit and restart since my mentality was not used to something new but after giving it go multiple times, its manageable now. - Sandbox: Getting the gist of how things work. - Very Easy: Become familiar with build order. - Medium: Crude gameplay need improvement. - Hard: Where I'm at, currently doing fine but I'm still 10 pop a minute. When I'm comfortable with Very Hard difficulty then I'll transition to Petra expecting steep challenge. Just now I checked that, the default bot was Petra??? Whelp... its a fine AI, medium difficulty is similar to how playing a normal campaign in my many-many RTS journey. Its normal for it to be difficult when one start something new~ Have a great day/night.
  4. I've checked the site, thank you for your contribution. Some things I'm puzzled. - Do I need to register a different account to enter this? I tried to input both my forum and game but it doesn't seem to work. So I registered a 3rd account, not sure if it would identify my in-game account since I haven't played Multiplayer. - The search is vague(is there a list I can input the type?), I can type name of map/player , but I can only search 1 type and not Map Name + Player name. - Also zooming out my browser(Floorp) I can see there is more to the map distribution of map names above the pie, I suggest adding a scroll. When I zoom out the, pie becomes big but text is blurred and stays small including the game section. But wait... if I zoom in, actually I can see the whole pie and map name now guess that's one solution. Some things are missing. - It would be nice if I could see more then 20 listing game, maybe set it to 50/100 then when the limit is reached input a second page to see the next 100-200 replay. - A category to filter by version, mod name, player count, civilization, date, game type. match duration, tags(like tutorial/guide/campaign/modded/vanilla) and many-many more using drop-down list. Edit: See reason for edit. Using 1440p monitor, so things look smaller on my part ye. I tried 1080p, it just makes my screen low quality so the website doesn't change much except I have to scroll vertically & horizontally the more I zoom in, in this case sweet spot zoom 200. - Zoom 100(Normal): Something I'm looking at. - Zoom 100-250: Looks compacted. - Zoom 260: My sweet spot, will have to scroll vertically. - Zoom 290 and beyond: Will have to also scroll horizontally. - Zoom 30-90: Text doesn't become big and blurred, the more I zoom out.
  5. Greetings and salutations, have you eaten? You can call me by my user psudo-name Tapothei or Aez or Oyauzhi. Am in my early 20s coming from SEA with specialty of farming crops. I suffer from being motivationless & jobless so I'm not making use of my passion. RTS is a thing of mine, played C&C TW&KW, LOTR:BFME, COH1, W40k:DOW1, EE3, RTW1. What made me play them was the campaign and it was enjoyable. Skirmish however feels empty because at the end of the day its AI. Got bored looked at software downloader for linux games then stumbled upon this game. A development similar to DF, CDDA, Warzone 2100, BAR that akin to being alive for years to come. Did the tutorial and economy, beat the medium difficulty, going to practice more before multiplayer. Looking forward for the campaign to flesh out as well as possible conquest mode. A system following DOW:SS/EE3 campaign but with more feature. If you notice, my writing style becomes poetry, can't be helped. Staying here temporarily as is my ever case of nomadic presence. History is not my thing but I'll contribute my chaotic ideas whenever its possible.
  6. From South East Asia(SEA) and my name I come up on my own. I actually don't remember the reference but it could be I thought of some Greek name. And just like that Tapothei, it has no meaning which makes me a forgotten being. There is more continuation to the name but I'll go make my own introduction there.
