Ah oh well, I did pretty well, I think. I don't have a mark/grade yet though. And yeah I noticed you weren't around. It would have been nice if you had corrected it, but it wasn't really necessary. Better next time
A little quote out of my own little profile: 938:31x100=3026 And the point is, I don't have that much posts... So what is wrong? (it isn't a big deal, though...)
Ok, that sounds fair. I will do it in the weekend (have 2 presentation + a test this week and both on the same day ) But I don't think the name will be needed, though...
I haven't translated everything yet, but I thought I could post it already for the German people here to check it. I will post more tonight, but most probably tomorrow. (BTW, there are probably tons of errors in it...)
@Fire Giant: I decided to do my speach about, the one thing that Dutch people always come up with first when they think of Germany, beer! ( I talked to my teacher and she said that it shouldn't be a too diffecult subject because of the level of German I can speak and that it should only take 5 min. I then decided to use beer as my subject. . I'm planning to mostly talk about the history of beer. I have most of the info already, now lets make a nice story out of it and start translating.
I know the face is from GWB, and now it does look like CGI, but it is based on a real statue. And I don't think it's GW, GW is almost always shown as a rather old man. If I had a better picture I would show that, but I haven't...
I'm looking for an image that once stood on a cover of a Dutch magazine. Since it's nowhere to be found on the internet I'd like to ask you if you recognise the statue on this picture. Sadly, it's changed but it still looks pretty much the same. So does anyone know what statue it is (what this picture is based on I mean)? Or atleast from whom? (I know it's American...)
