  1. Hi! For the Macedonians, I propose this wonder: the Funeral Pyre of Hephaestion. A gigantic funeral pyre, it was built by Alexander the great, on the occasion of the funeral of its companions (and lover) Hephaestion, dead in Ectabana in the 324 B.C. The pyre was sixty metres high, square in shape and built in stepped levels. The first level was decorated with two hundred and forty ships with golden prows, each of these adorned with armed figures with red banners filling the spaces between. On the second level were torches with snakes at the base, golden wreaths in the middle and at the top, fl
  2. For the Spartan, I propose this wonder: The Sanctuary of Artemis Orthia. It was one of the most important religious sites in the Greek city of Sparta. The cult of Orthia was common to the four villages originally constituting Sparta: Limnai, Pitana, Kynosoura and Mesoa. The Sanctuary was founded in the 10th century B.C. and at the beginning was not monumental since it was a temenos consisted of only one altar in the open air. At the end of the 9th century B.C. this older altar was replaced by a larger one, this time built with stones. The first temple having stone foundation was constructed in
  3. For the Dock there is the model Egyptian Iron Age Dock of AOE I: https://www.google.it/search?q=age+of+empires+1+buildings&espv=210&es_sm=93&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=319_UqfyDbCw4QS9w4C4Dw&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=638#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=jaEd8nxw7p8DvM%3A%3BmPFR0wVpt1N6GM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.agecommunity.com%252Fimages%252Fart_banner_aoe1_3.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.agecommunity.com%252Faoeinterviews.aspx%3B610%3B180

  5. I propose to introduce Camel Rider and Camel Archer units, like in AOE and Rome Total War, with bonus against cavalry.
  6. I propose this technology: "Hunting Dogs": Once researched, the technology improves Food hunting gather rate; "Irrigation": after "Iron plog"improves after Farm gather rate; "Flood control": after "Irrigation" improves Farm gather rate; "Boiling oil": removes building minimum firing range; "Burning Pitch": Archers and Arrow Ships damage x3 vs buildings; Archers damage x1.5 vs ships; Arrow ships +15% attack; Ballistae +20% attack; "Naval Ram" (only Hellenes/Romans/Hellenistics civs): Bireme, Trireme and Quinquereme can be driven into the hull of an enemy ship in order to puncture the hull and
  7. P.s. In the roman repubblican coins, sometimes there is the image of the capitoline Wolf, but never that of the Eagle.
  8. Hi! I propose: 1) For the Roman's Faction Symbol, to the place of Imperial Eagle, Capitoline wolf, because the Capitoline wolf, inspired by the legend of the founding of Rome, was the emblem of the monarchic and republican Rome, while the Eagle is an emblem of etrurian origin, used only as symbol of the legions beginning from the epoch of Caius Marius (103 B.C), and only in Imperial Age, was used as symbol of Roman Empire. http://www.romanoimpero.com/2009/10/i-simboli-di-roma.html (is in italian language). The Imperial Eagle Faction Symbol can be preserved for the Imperial roman faction. 2)For
  9. Hi! I think that has abandoned the project, there have been no news for many months. However they could make avaible for the community the material already realized, so somebody else continues the project, or at least how much he has been done he can be inserted in the game, maybe like an expansion.
  10. Perfect, Mithos! Nevertheless Ragnarock-style doesn't convince me, because in possible maps with the Roman localized after the 100 b.C. the use of Roman hastates, velites and triarii it is inaccurate... for example in a maps on the Gallic wars with Caesar, or in the battle of Azio between Augustus and Marc Antony andwith Cleopatra. In this maps it's better to allow the creation of post-marian legion unit. Therefore I thought about the technology "Mario's Reform" which developed it produces these effects: 1)Hastates develops in Legionarius @#$% gladio (with sword) (existant unit in the game);
  11. Hi! Why not to make to go out in the meantime a beta version of this mod? In the meantime, he works to his improvement! The Chinese faction seems more complete than the Maurya faction in 0 A.D. alpha XII, that was also playable!
  12. Hi! I propose: 1)To insert the button "Explore" to make automatically explore the map to an unity, as in Rise of nations. (wiev image) 2) To insert Thebans civilization; 3)To insert for the Romans the tecnology "Mario's Reform" what it allow to create "legion" and "centurio" units. It's a 107-104 b.C. reform, whit the removal of hastati, principes and triarii. 4)To denominate the roman "Municipium", "Forum", and the roman "Forum", "Mercatus"; 5)To use, where known, terms Basque for the Iberian units and buildings; 6)To insert a blacksmith! Thank you for the consideration!
