He was probably one of the cruelest emperors India ever had at first. Sure did turn full circle. Really sucks that not much survives from that time period. Him, his father, his grandfather, and Chanakya were all pretty badass. He probably was still a tyrant even after he massacred Kalinga.. What we know of him is from his own edicts.
