(I did turn up the hdr settings to make them more noticeable, and as you can see it's more of a fun effect than anything useful. Which is just as well as iirc fireworks weren't invented in 0 A.D.'s time frame (note: I don't remember exactly when they were invented, so I could be wrong))

hmm can work in same way, the Tech enable to have a Icon, and the Icon Converts Army Camp into Civ center. like the gate and Wall.These aren't techs, the only thing that currently behaves in the same way is a gate. It would require some programming work, I'm not sure if it is worthwhile.

In July 2009, 0 A.D. became free, open-source software (FOSS), where "free" means both gratis and, more importantly, "free" as in software and cultural freedom.
(Specifically, we, the developers of 0 A.D., have made the code and data of the game available under the GPL license, version 2 or later, and released the art, sound and documentation under CC-BY-SA, version 3.0.)
Briefly, this means that we allowed anyone to reuse components of 0 A.D. for any purpose, redistribute them and remix them without having to ask us for permission. They are free to make new games using the 0 A.D. engine, they may create remixes of 0 A.D. music, you name it.
We did this, among other reasons, because we believe free, open-source software like 0 A.D. encourages sharing, learning and creativity, and we want to encourage people to remix, mod and tinker with 0 A.D. in the future.

to not abuse of things the best way its limited number of Upgrades possibly: 5 for game session.I got the idea because it's pretty historical, but I'm worried it could be overpowered. Also, we'd need to implement some way for the tech to only be researchable if a normal CC could be built there (i.e. you couldn't build an army camp right next to your opponent's CC and convert the camp to your CC).
I find that slightly unnecessary, but I'm not really opposed to it either.

yeah that why is a ModWhen I first saw the Ashoka Maurya Hero Unit, I thought it looks more like Ashurbanipal than a Mauryan.... Maybe, if they redo it, we could use the current model, seeing as it is a near perfect match for an Assyrian king.
