Por que cuando juego ranked no siempre me dan puntos? Rigimaru

Cada que jugo rate no me dan puntos y como hago para que me den me siento estafado :C

solo se puede en 1vs1 y si esta activo el modo ranked que en la esquina inferior izquierda aparece un aviso
