No scroll up with mouse after upgrade to Fedora 24

I've just upgraded to Fedora 34 and the ability to scroll up on the map by moving the mouse to the top of the screen is gone. It works to the left, right or bottom of the screen, just not at the top.

To move up on the map, I need to use the "up" arrow key.

Hi. Fedora 34 it is first distro with Wayland by default.

Try both variables in cmdline: SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland 0ad and SDL_VIDEODRIVER=x11 0ad

Probably this will solve the problem.
