Black Op
If you found a watch with the ability to stop time but not yourself, what would you do with it. Would you use it to embarress someone? To spy without discovery? Find Saddamm and kill him? Steal from a bank without ever being caught?I would use it to get written assignments done in case I didn't finish them. How about the rest of you. EKen132
I would have so many uses I couldn't even list them all!
ElfTheHunter
- Get work done in time.- Play games and watch movies without losing time- Go places I'm not supposed to - Probably steal, or manipulate stuff so I'm making money easier (I know stealing is bad, prolly just use it to get myself a good job)- Sleep- Learn new skills- Write some books
EKen132
Write music!Read tons and tons of books!Spy on people! <-BTW I love how that smiley is called "brow".Maybe take some intersting photography.Get homework done.Archery. This is a skill that I'd like to get better at, even though I'm pretty good already.Run.Geez, it's either like your days are many more hours longer or you live forever. That would be cool... to a degree. I think the silence would eventually drive me insane though. It would make a good movie.
Wijitmaker
Finish 0 A.D. by tomorrow I think I'd also do some traveling... might be kind of hard if I can't use cars or planes though... hmmm *ponders*
EKen132
I was thinking the same thing. One of Black Ops' suggestions is to capture Saddam. I live an ocean away, and even though my family does own a boat that could make a transatlantic journey, I would not feel comfortable single-handing for weeks on end by myself. Wait... that wouldn't even work because I'd need wind to go... phooey.
gbish
Wow, nice question!I think sleep would be nice. Then projects... soo many projects. This one is going to take more time to think about!
ElfTheHunter
I'm assuming some things work, or else computers and about everything you need won't... Anyway, I was figuring that computers/electricity/cars all worked. And if the silence got to you, just unstop it.@Black Op: So when are you shipping us these watches? DarkAngelBGE
I'd finish the WFG sites in two days. However, the Intranet today.
Black Op
@ElfTheHunter: Sorry, these watches are only just as real as the magical flying woman in ZeZar's post.

CodeOptimist
Ditto to BeachHead, projects projects projects!! I'd finish up EVERYTHING I ever started Isn't there some side-effect to the time-stopping watch? I think this is what the movie "Clockstoppers" (no, never seen it) was about, except you aged twice as fast when using the watch.
Tonto_Icy_Tripod
If you only use it for a day, that'd mean you'd aged two days. Not too bad I'd say I'd sleep so I could finish any assignments during the night when I'd be sleeping otherwise. Not the other way around, cause it'd be annoying if everything was all quiet and nothing (nothing!!!) was happening. When sleeping that doesn't matter
ElfTheHunter
That's a good point, but you'd have to be careful, they might make you see a doctor if you never sleep. You'd be considered a insomniac but without the negative side-effects, unless you chose exactly when and planned it out so that people wouldn't notice...
