And a finished indie game never do better than a 15-20 years old commercial game. And even so, the game logic system is what makes a game great, more than the engine it self. So unless the engine is 20 years old, it doesn't really matter. But good news, there's the fork UPBGE and now UPBGE Eevee is planned.
