Error with registration for the multiplayer

I would play multiplayer, but if i rigistrate me there comes an error "unknown error" whats going on? how can i fix it?

There's a registration limit of 1 account per IP per hour on the multiplayer lobby to lessen spam accounts.

In Alpha 22, the error message will be a bit more helpful by explaining the registration limit (added in this revision: http://trac.wildfiregames.com/changeset/19205).

New registrations are currently disabled due to one person being involved in rude and illegal behaviour towards other players. He kept registering new accounts to get around us banning him, so we unfortunately had to take this step. Once we have found a way to stop it or the person has stopped misbehaving we will re-enable registrations again.

same problem.My brother has an account and i am trying to create one from another pc but(this client has insufficient permissions to remove an account)

We will re-enable registrations once we deem it possible. See 

 for more information on what happened, and check the announcements forum to know when they are re-enabled.
