Lion.Kanzen Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 I have request About Technolo0gy Manager and a default bonus, effects by aura etc to make predefined templates to Civilization.as many you know Empire Earth you can Persoalize your own civilizations with bonus, you can do the same with Techs tree.
