So it looks like a basic "egyptian" archer, it has some armor to designate it as a level 3, and to distinguish between levels 1, 2, and 3 because they all look the same right now. Rome II seems to have fairly realistic ships, and unfortunately due to the smallness of the bodies of water in 0 A.D. it can't be that big. Maybe just a teeny big larger than the heavy ship.
