inscription multijoueur

Bonsoir,

je viens d'installer le jeu sur mon PC, c'est la premiere fois que je viens sur ce jeu.

j'ai essayé de m'inscrire au jeu multijoueur, mais cela ne fonctionne pas, j'ai un message d'erreur (voir image jointe). j'ai regardé et j'ai bien TLS de coché dans les parametres.

Est ce que vous avez une solution svp pour que je puisse régler le problème?

The symptoms are the same as here: 

Even though I went back and forth with the user there in private messages, we weren't able to figure out the cause. At least we managed to narrow it down to the specific PC, so something is somehow wrong with the Windows installation.

It'd be interesting here as well to get answers to the questions I posted here:
