Gameranger?

Would it be possible to try and work with the guy who does Gameranger to add 0 A.D. to the lobby? This would make multiplayer a lot easier since players would just be jacking into a virtual server. I don't know a lot about port-forwarding, but doesn't Gameranger take care of that too?

Whatever we end up doing, I think we should focus on one service, at least at first, so that the community can remain intact.

You could run your own or use the quake master server that Xonotic, Nexuiz, darkplaces use. Seems if you speak the right language you can just use them.

Since the game is free to play adding it to gameranger will just split the community. Also gameranger lacks a competitive scene no matter what you are playing over it.

I like, but we have options like Evolve, because multiple tools, recognizes as 0 AD as game, have a little Comunity to 0AD.

Xfire or other clients are no match for gameranger. maybe Steam but, that very commercial plataform.
