MrBlack103
Or perhaps that's a setting you can choose for an individual game?
MrEmjeR
maybe...
MrBlack103
It'd be cool, catering to the more fussy players
Apomonomenos
So no Irregular-shaped blobs? D:
MrBlack103
Probably not, though it wouldn't hurt to have "barrier" terrain like in W3 (I think that's what they call it).
Justinian
I'm guessing barrier terrain is like unscalable mountains, unchoppable trees, endless seas.In which case, go for it.
MrBlack103
It's just terrain that's made to look like the black area off the map. So, effectively, it's nothing.

Warcraft 3 (I never had thought of a short version to say it )
MrBlack103
Yes by W3 I do mean Warcraft III.
MythicRuler
World Map (v 1, 2, 3 etc) are AoM maps that are huge. And yes they are maps of the entire world. They are very detailed and it takes a long time to get across the whole map. They used to be hosted frequently online but are rarely hosted now because those that hosted it left aom. MrBlack103
It'd be cool to have something similar in 0 A.D.
MythicRuler
It would be. Or at least the east since the the west was undiscovered. It would be interesting to have the world that the cultures actually lived in as some campaign or something. Imagine the roman empire and others in the correct locations all on one map instead of maps like "North Lands" "Mediterranean" "Red Sea" "Nile" etc. All those maps are great but combining them to a world map would be a great idea. Apomonomenos
It would be. Or at least the east since the the west was undiscovered. If you mean East as in Europe and parts of Asia, then yea. In fact, all of Europe had been discovered by Romans.
MythicRuler
That is what I meant. The east as in eastern hemisphere.
Apomonomenos
Then just say Eurasia
MythicRuler
Africa doesn't fit with Eurasia does it?
Apomonomenos
The Africa was only Asia Minor and certain parts of Northern areas of Africa, but mostly Asia Minor.
