Maybe you could change the build of the people a bit, depending on the unit? Chubby, thin, short, tall, etc. It would add that bit of realism even more. But you should never say never. One's thing's for sure - randomized stats for units will not be in 0 A.D. Part 1. As far as individual visual traits, we do have randomized hair colors, faces, and beards. hehe You have to zoom in halfway to see them, but they're there. As far as fat, muscular, skinny, etc. That's kind of out there. I mean, not too many ancient armies, I'd think, would employ obese soldiers.
