It doesn't seem to work for soldiers garrisoned in a tower (or waiting in front). Background is that I tend to surround towers by houses for protection and sometimes I accidentally leave too many soldiers from building activity inside. While 5 can be garrisoned in the tower, the remaining ones have to stay deadlocked where they are. A teleport option would be nice in this case. Was never able to get that working.
