Of course it had implementation of new units and constructions, but all of them were already in the code, they just were not being used.
There are lots of balancing problems in the 0ad, it's not just changing some attacks and armor that's all correct. This is already being done and we are missing out on the whole new alpha.
About the counter system, I have used the least possible units for this, I do not want a complex system and difficult to understand, because this is also not realistic. I do not think I should use a system that already exists, so good that it is not being used

I'm probably working on what will be the last version of the mod. I am deepening the civiçizations, technologies and units. I'm differentiating each of them for a different style of play.
All this based on the original design. I read the design documents at the request of the elexis. If you could see the new version, and see the details, you will see that most of what was written for 0a.d is there. Of course I had to make some small changes so that everything would be in tune at the end, but the promising originais of the game are all there.I think the problem is that you are doing all this in one shot.
And it definitely looks like someone just plainly got carried away with fancy scenario units and added them in.
There are steps to differentiate, introducing both balancing and new features at once is one of the best ways to muddy the waters of clarity.

This issue cannot be processed as a report. However, if your opponent deigns to report you for quitting, the filed complaint could be subject to rejection.
Furthermore, if other users encounter similar issues when playing with the said user, the host will be investigated for misconduct.

It is necessary for you to create a post on this thread detailing the incident and including the replay file.
When reporting a player, it is mandatory to upload the correct replay.
Instructions:
- Locate replay at Main Menu/Multiplayer/Replays
- Select replay and note replay file path.
- Go to path in your file manager, locate the file named "commands.txt"
- Upload commands.txt to the Forums (account creation required)
- Tag moderators. @user1 @Hannibal_Barca
- Please state your lobby username and the lobby username of the offending player.
You will not be notified of the result automatically, you may view the ongoing status of our progress at the bottom of this first post.

It doesn't matter that I can answer half of the questions myself, I am interested in your reply.
And some practical questions like:
- how much space would you need
- what would be written
- whether or not this would entail links being displayed that do not lead to sites controlled by Wildfire Games
- whether you expect more of us if we accede to this request
I'll probably come up with it myself if your idea doesn't fit the panel look.

The stables and ranged were finished not long before the release of A23, totally understandable noone wanted to be pushed off a cliff for not thinking it thoroughly which civilizations should have these and which should have the bonus of 3in1 coffee
I agree with what you say, although I say this because I don't want to be involved myself.
Attempts were made in the past but always instead of gratitude and offers of aid people were just criticized by an ungrateful player community to the extent of which noone gives a shit anymore about balancing and game design because someone will always want to push them off a cliff for what they did, are doing, or plan to do.
