    Basically is a shield wall. The lost mobility as commando, but they gain defense and fire power by their archers.

    Try think the advantage to use the shield to the ground, is for make more comfortable than an aspis. and get other kind a balance, more cheaper to trainnig an athletes soldier. Remember the basic pose, basic mechanic, base leg movement.
