0a26-dev: ubuntu needs `sudo apt install cargo`

i needet to do:

sudo apt install cargo

in (k)ubuntu

Yeah it's missing. Needed for anything starting from A24 feel free to update the page

i tried
register and got:
close Warning: The email address specified is already in use. Please specify a different one.

then i tried password reset https://trac.wildfiregames.com/reset_password:

close Warning: Email and username must match a known account.

 

hmmmm. maybe i used a different email last time to my usernem in trec. i dont know.
