Curufinwe
(Name: David B.Location: FranceMarried for: 3 years1.) What is the most important aspect of marriage?probably trust. Well, there is love as well, but that seems too obvious ... one cannot (or should not) marry somebody who is not loved ...2.) What is the single most important attribute in a partner that leads to a successful marriage?understanding/tolerance. When you get married, you have to get along with many things you were unfamiliar with ... your spouse may have a different religion, different beliefs, traditions, etc ...3.) Do you typically argue? About what topics?not really ... often tease one another ... but no real arguing ... not yet 4.) Tipically how are conflicts settled?typically, small arguments are settled via corporal exchanges ... ... or apologies ... but my wife and I are strong characters (even stubborn sometimes), so we do not recognize our mistakes easily 5.) What advice would you give for young couples?Well, it is difficult to givbe advice because I think marriage is different for every couple ... If ever I have to give advice, here it is ... do not ask for divorce at the first difficulty. Things often settle down easily without judicial helpI hope this fits you ... hope it helps too ...Curu. About what age do you plan to get married?Late twenties, or later - whenever God brings the right person into my life. No sense in rushing the whole thing; I want to make sure I'm all set (financially, etc.) before I marry.3.) What are the motives that you want to get married for?Because marriage is something God created, and because I have such an awesome example of marriage (see below).4.) Have you had positive or negative experiences with marriage?I've had very positive experiences - my parents have an amazing marriage.5.) If you got married, do you plan to stay married for life?Yes. I can't really imagine not staying married for life - "till death to us part".(Mine is strikingly similar to Paul's )
