Line 40, column 3: end tag for element "p" which is not open

The Validator found an end tag for the above element, but that element is not currently open. This is often caused by a leftover end tag from an element that was removed during editing, or by an implicitly closed element (if you have an error related to an element being used where it is not allowed, this is almost certainly the case). In the latter case this error will disappear as soon as you fix the original problem.

If this error occured in a script section of your document, you should probably read this FAQ entry.

That would be a headache to fix, if it's possible, wouldn't it?

Hmm.... sometime I'm going to have to fix up my website. I have so many remnants of my sloppy html habits (that still exist).

Yeah, my friend is learning html and when he sends me a page to look at I see the whole thing is full of

s to space everything out, he doesn't even close them

Well about the forum - since we will upgrade soon enough there is little use in validating the engine now.
