Black Op
Sorry for being so dumb as to ask this question but hey, it's me! Anyways, when attaching a picture to a post how can you thumbnail it yourself? That way, the pictures posted in the TLA Roleplaying Thread won't be so big. Any help?
Tonto_Icy_Tripod
I thought it was done automatically?
Black Op
Well, it dosen't if you make the picture an attachment. Maybe it has to do with the TLA Forums themselves.
King Tutankhamun
Do you mean that you, yourself, makes a small thumbnail preview? Then that preview will link to the full size one. Now, I think that it is only making it display smaller, but still has to download the full sized image. It would be better if the forum software could make small downsized preview thumbnails. I wonder if it can?
CodeOptimist
Well, on the WFG and 0AD forums, if you attach a supported image type to a message, it'll automatically create an image preview/thumbnail. P'raps this feature is turned off on the TLA forums? (I know it was at one time on the WFG forums - I asked Timbo to enable it)
Dnas
Sorry about bumping a nearly two month old topic, but....I think the problem still exists.http://forums.wildfiregames.com/tla/index....p?showtopic=653Or is jpg not a supported image type? Mythos_Ruler
The only forums that supports the thumbnails is the 0 A.D. forum. The WFG Community forum does NOT support auto-thumbnail. It just generates a link - whihc is fine with me, since the auto-thumb in the 0 A.D. forum still takes the same amount of time to load (it is only the orginal sized image resized).
