The difference is that it is more likely to happen when you're drunk. Definately agree with you though, don't drink and drive. I agree with alex though, it can also happen if you don't drive drunk, but driving drunk makes it more likely to happen.Anyway, there are no reasons to drive drunk, and there is an endless list of reasons not to drive drunk, end of discussion.
