Unable to start 0AD on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Hi,

I just installed 0AD from snap store on my newly built pc having specs as:

AMD Ryzen 5 3500 CPU

Gigabyte B450M DS3H MB

Gigabyte RX570 4gb Graphic card

ADATA 16gb 3200MHz RAM

Then added 0AD repository also. But the game does not start at all. A blank screen flashes for less than a second and thats all. Please help me how to start it. I removed and reinstalled 0AD from terminal as well.

We are currently investigating an issue with Ryzen CPUs. you will have to patch the game manually :/  You should get a popup that asks you whether you want to continue though. That's odd.

Yeah but he needs to clone the whole repo, install the deps, and compile the game
