Robbob
What about adding a slow experience gain for units when garrisoned only in barracks? It would simulate training and there would be interest in building lots of barracks for the troops, but it would have its cons: being trained soldiers, they become worse gatherers and during training obiviously they couldn't be gathering resources, so there would be an economic damage for the player. dvangennip
It is an interesting idea and shouldn't be too hard to implement, either. I remember it has been proposed before, some weeks or months ago. Unfortunately I cannot remember the response back then.
sanderd17
Similar to the garrison-to-heal thing (the buffHeal tag in GarrissonHolder). It couls have a BuffExperience. I wouldn't be too difficult to add it, so if anyone feels like doing it, you can give it a try.
LordGood
What if we had separate buildings for experience gain? Sort of like an academy or archery range?
Mythos_Ruler
It's basically similar to the original idea for the Gymnasion.
Robbob
It's basically similar to the original idea for the Gymnasion.Gymnasion could have a faster exp gain than barracks, but I don't know if this would be balanced... We could think over special bonuses for each civilization, but on my opinion that should be after trying with the same barracks bonus for any civ.
