Should killing a WAGNAZ give more loot?

5 months ago @Arup created Issue #8843 (German Wagon (WAGNAZ) gives too much loot) and there is some Balancing/Design input needed:

Current loot: 10 F, 10 W, 10 S, 10 M and 100 E
