General Octavian
I have a fairly new iMac from Jan 2010 and I was sure 0 A.D. would work beautifully on it when a release for mac came out. I am running the current version its real nice except for one thing: on detailed maps like Mediterranean the game does little pauses quite frequently and its bugging me a great deal. Is the game fully optimized for good playability?

asmartgoat
I find that as soon as I encounter a bot in my map "Australia" (unreleased) It seems to make the game lagg like crazy... But if i dont see a bot, all is well.Very Strange?
Thorfinn the Shallow Minded
Aye, try playing the Peloponnese map and you will really see it lagging after about five minutes.
Jubalbarca
It's the bot being better or worse able to handle different map designs.Where it for example has a building order it can't complete, that messes it up. Same with a resource it wants but can't get to. In both cases it can't currently determine that it can't get to things, but it still tries, so it sends lots of repeated orders which is what causes the clogging up & lag.
