I agree A good idea could be the capture of principals buildings, as in Rise of Nations...

In Rise of Nations, I often played the random map "states in war". It is a long island surrounded by other small Islands. And I also like maps with plenty of Islands, or the desertic map in RoN (I don't remember its name....)

The only game where I used cheats was Half-Life and it was only in the campaign. I never used any cheats in RTS. -
I have a question: When we rotate the camera, will the camera turn on the minimap or will the minimap rotate? Personally, I really prefer the second solution.

Hmmmm.... For the gameplay, I think it could be better if it takes more time (maybe just the time to create 60 units), because if it regrows too fast, destroying the forest was not useful at all for the enemy

But how could the forest be destroyed? And will the trees grow a moment later?

I think it could be better if the choices were "January 2005; September - December 2004..." etc
