He's a great looking advanced unit... wish could also see the differences in basic and ultimate.
-
Real BIG smile.

I like, but really cannot tell the difference between advanced and ultimate units despite the fact that there is some differentiation of design on shield (maybe the sword will be enough)... and wonder if we'll be able to when they are shrunk down to itty bitty dudes on the screen in the gameworld?
-
Oh yes.. this dude is a recognizable 'druid'.
-
Excellent.

Uh,, where's her colour band going to be, or is her entire dress going to be in civ colour?
-
Sweet!
-
Going to be hard to tell their ranks apart in basic and advanced... question the use of different colours for this purpose... each civ also has to have its identifying 'colour bands' on uniform, too. Otherwise, great art.

Good, good, good!

I like these but believe that the Velites always threw the short javelin, so the PILUM that is shown in hand of the Ultimate unit (Elite) is incorrect for the class.
-
Excellent.

Awesome!

Garish, but then that is the way that they dressed... so all good.

My favourite rendition of what an Iberian Female Citizen would have looked like, robust and dressed simply enough in a manner that would permit her to work!
-
Keynotes about the uniform of Viriatus that distinguish him from Iberian Super Soldiers (or Super Units, SU) are that he is caped with an animal skin and does not wear a plume on his helmet which is really rather plain.
-
These are quite the handsome fellows but it is unlikely that we will ever see them dress thusly in the game when working at such as chopping wood, mining ore, or going about their chores on the farm. However it IS likely that we will see some variation from the combat uniforms as I've specified them for the Citizen-Soldiers when they are fighting.

She'll do... and the headdress and breastplate jewelry are authentic to the time (i.e., La Dama de Elche).
-
These delightful damsels are lovely to look at but somehow I cant imagine them hoeing row crops in a field, etc., so their mode of dress needs to be changed, at least shorten the dresses to where these gals will be able to get some work done.

It may be difficult to tell the difference in class amongst the Slingers because in no way can they be encumbered by such as armour and helmeting. The only thing 'wrong' with this series is that for the Ultimate (Elite) Slinger his headband is supposed to be tied about his head like a headband... not suspended around his neck as shown.
-
The only 'problem' I see with these is that the basic unit would not have the breastplate and 'skirt' armour, and all would be carrying a somewhat larger diameter caetra (the round shield)... and that problem is resultant to my fault, not that of the artist.
