  1. It makes tons of sense, given the benificial factors that unrestricted immigration brings to businesses.

They don't have any incentive to, though. Welfare can take care of everything for them.

As well as the benificial factors that terrorism brings to the government.

Haha, I know what you mean... In fact, I will make a prediction: When the next major terrorist attack happens, America as we know it will cease to exist. (Civil-rightswise)

  2. (You seem to be one to be very touchy on taxes. I'm one who is not : if each Canadian puts one dollar in a small bank, it sums up to 10 million dollars. if each Canadian puts a hundred dollars, it sums up to a billion. With all this money gathered, you can create great projects

First, I'm not socialist. Although the government is going to tax me, I want to be left alone. I especially do not want all these special taxes like property taxes and income taxes, when they go to a government that is in extreme debt and does not show any intention of paying it back. Property tax is a direct assault on property rights. Income tax is theft. Also, Yiuel, are you willing to die for property taxes? Or income tax?

You also seem very touchy about immigration. As a matter of fact, I'm quite the opposite, as I say : as long as one accepts the rules of a State, there is nothing more to ask him when he enters (no illegal immigration : only criminal actions done by newbies).)

The economy can only support so many illegal immigrants. Also, since the Mexican border is open, do you think that terrorists could easily get in in such a fashion? Of course. If this country is so concerned about terrorism, why is the southern border still open? Frankly, it doesn't make any sense...

  3. For others it is the visual manifestation of all the sweat, blood and tears that have gone into the founding and continuation of this nation.
Did all these people who sacrificed for this cause say, "England has no right to tax us on tea, but I guess that property tax and income tax is ok, as long as it is implemented by our own country."? I really doubt it. So what did these people die for? Did they die for us to be suspected as terrorists? I doubt it. Did they die to let thousands of illegal immigrants come into the country through the open Mexican border, no doubt with other terrorists? I doubt it.

I should stop here, I'm getting myself into a rant... :)

If you have two groups of birds, one that does not change in these tiny alterations and one that does change. In the beginning these two can mate and create fertile offspring, thus are the same species. But as the changing group evolves it becomes more and more different from the original. Each generation has slighly smaller feathers, until they go away altogether and the bird becomes a smaller walking bird instead of the larger flying bird on the other island. Then it has become a new species and cannot mate with the flying bird anymore.

The point is that we do not produce exatcly as we are, there are tiny mutations that make the new generation different from the old. Over the generations the more successful of these mutations get bred into more and more creatures of the species until all has it, then a new

    mutation begins it changing process.

The point is actually that all creatures produce after their own kind. Although you give an example, that is all it is: an example. It is not observed.

Yes i have heard of vaccine but i don't see how that relates to viruses and bacteria evolving resistance to certain medications.
Vaccines can make us immune to certain diseases, and not because we evolved that way. Same thing with viruses and bacteria. One must not say that just because something becomes immune to something else it is evolution or natural selection.
