alright - now that i've had some time on my hands - and went on a fruitless search for any shop to sell me 'War of the Ring' - i've ordered it @ http://www.elbenwald.de
so - now i can finally plan ahead our Christmas Eve activities with my brother(in-law) who's also quite a gaming and Tolkien afficinado ... and i sincerely hope my wife likes it too (imagine ... she even played the old ICE Middle-earth TCG with us ... as well as countless hours of Diablo II back in the days )

one minor thing ... it's not really the Tolkien Estate but much more Tolkien Enterprises (owned by Saul Zaentz) who hold the licensing rights to all things LotR and Hobbit. It was them who sold the rights to make the movies to New Line and to Vivendi Universal to make games (based on the books) and to Electronic Arts to make games (based on the movies). Tolkien Enterprises are IMO the 'real' Nazgûl
